Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because DatingAI uses AI processing, token-based usage, and immediately provisioned digital access, payments are non-refundable once a subscription is activated or scans are used, except where required by law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
Customers may cancel future renewals anytime.
Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current or already-used billing period.

Billing errors

Duplicate accidental charges or verified billing errors may be reviewed manually and, if confirmed, corrected at our discretion.

Chargebacks and disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of your license and access.

What we do not refund

We do not refund because a user did not get matches, dates, replies, or any desired dating outcome.
We do not refund because a third-party dating platform restricts, suspends, bans, or changes a user’s account.
