Terms of Service (Manna)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Manna’s website (manna.moda) and related applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). “Manna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to the person using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18.
  • You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2) Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3) The Service and Safety

Manna is a dating service intended to help users connect. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will find a match.
  • That other users are who they claim to be.
  • The conduct, behavior, or intentions of any user.

You are responsible for your interactions with others. Use common sense and caution when meeting people in person.

4) User Content

A. Your content

“User Content” includes your profile information, photos, messages, and any other content you submit through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Manna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

B. You are responsible for your content

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
  • Your User Content does not violate these Terms or any law.
  • Your User Content is not misleading, illegal, or harmful.

We may remove or restrict User Content at any time for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others.
  • Share hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
  • Share or request someone’s private information (doxxing), or encourage others to do so.
  • Share sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative content.
  • Use the Service for prostitution, trafficking, or exploitation of any kind.
  • Attempt to scam, defraud, or manipulate users.
  • Send spam, mass messages, or use automation/bots without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.

6) Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it. We may investigate and take action, including:

  • Removing content
  • Warning users
  • Limiting features
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Referring matters to law enforcement when appropriate

We are not obligated to monitor all content or user activity, but we may do so.

7) Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds (If Applicable)

Some features may require payment (“Paid Features”).

A. Billing

If you purchase Paid Features, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe). Your purchase may also be subject to the provider’s terms.

B. Renewals

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage subscriptions through your account settings or the platform where you purchased.

C. Refunds

Refund rules depend on the payment provider and applicable law. Unless required by law, all purchases may be final.

8) Live/Video Features

If the Service includes live or video-based interactions:

  • You are responsible for what you say, show, and share.
  • Do not record, screenshot, or distribute other users’ content without their permission, unless permitted by law.
  • We may limit or disable live/video features for safety or compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or perfect quality during calls.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account (if available).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • We believe your conduct creates risk or legal exposure,
  • We are required to do so to comply with law, or
  • The Service is discontinued.

Upon termination, these Terms sections that by their nature should survive will survive (including licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions).

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MATCHES OR OUTCOMES WILL RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES,
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS,
  • CONTENT POSTED BY USERS OR THIRD PARTIES.

IN NO EVENT WILL MANNA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MANNA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), UNLESS A GREATER AMOUNT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manna and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service,
  • Your User Content,
  • Your violation of these Terms, or
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

15) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
